1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TravelPass.ng (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. TravelPass.ng is operated by Dibia Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Services

TravelPass.ng is a marketplace connecting passengers with licensed transport operators for intercity bus travel and parcel delivery within Nigeria. We do not operate buses or provide transport services directly.

3. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. Payments are processed securely through Paystack and Flutterwave. Fares are set by operators and displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦).

Cancellations made at least 2 hours before departure are eligible for an 80% refund. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

4. Operator Responsibilities

Transport operators on TravelPass.ng are required to maintain valid CAC registration, FRSC compliance, road-worthiness certificates, and adequate insurance coverage.

5. Parcel Services

Parcel delivery is subject to weight limits and prohibited items policies. TravelPass.ng is not liable for parcel damage beyond the declared insurance value. Uncollected parcels incur a storage fee of ₦500/day after 48 hours.

6. Data We Collect

We collect: full name, phone number, email address, next-of-kin details, booking history, and payment references. This data is necessary to provide our booking and safety compliance services.

7. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to: process bookings, generate FRSC-compliant manifests, send booking confirmations and trip updates via SMS/email, process payments and refunds, and improve our services.

8. Data Protection

Personal data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or to fulfill our services (e.g., FRSC manifest reporting).

9. Your Rights (NDPR)

You have the right to: access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten), and withdraw consent for data processing. Contact us at privacy@dibia.cloud.
